Keith, an avid cyclist, has taken his riding from the paved roads to the roads less traveled over the last few years.  Just like in Life, the road is not always smooth, but every road and life has a story.   Keith has found happYness on his bicycle; searching out the old roads and towns of yesterday, and sharing his love of riding through his writings and photographs.  You can read all about his 205 mile epic journey below; complete with pics.

When not riding, Keith enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his wife and kids.....Where all things are fun!
